The Fine Print

At Little Dun Pots we have recognized that shipping across the US ranges from $9-$18.  For your convenience, we have included shipping in the purchase price of each item.  

Shipping outside of the U.S.? No problem! For an extra fee, we can ship your item to you, anywhere in the world! Contact us to give you a shipping quote!

We try our darnedest to show you exactly what each item looks like, but we do realize sometimes a customer may request a return. No problem. Customer may return item within 7 days of receipt. Please include a little note in the package, telling us you would like a refund, and the reason why. The customer is responsible to re-package product (in original box), packing materials (you can re-use ours!), and for the return postage (could range from $8-$18). Once we receive your return in the exact condition we sent it, we will refund your original card purchase.  The customer shall be credited back the amount of the original purchase, less shipping.

Would you like to exchange an item that you purchased? We got you covered!  Carefully wrap the item back up in the shipping material that was sent to you and send it back within 7 days of original receipt of item.  We will gladly exchange your item for another that is already in our store.  The customer is responsible to re-package product (in original box), packing materials (you can re-use ours!), and for the return postage. Once we receive your return in the exact condition we sent it, we will wrap up the new item you have selected, and send you an invoice for the cost of shipping the new mug.  As soon as we receive your payment for shipping, we will place your new item in the mail!

Example: If you return a $45 mug and exchange for another, we will calculate shipping only, send you a PayPal invoice for the return shipping to you.

All items sold in my shop are considered food safe, and dishwasher safe (unless otherwise specified). Some objects are oven safe and microwave safe (see description of each item).  If you're not sure, drop us a line!

Each item is handmade by our artist, Holly Dun.  Because each item is formed by hand, you may notice some variations that you wouldn't normally see in a commercially made piece. Flaws are perfectly imperfect and are what show an actual person made your new treasure.  If for some reason you are unhappy with your new Little Dun Pot, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policies. Flaws may include, but not limited to:

• Finger impressions left behind by the artist
• Variation in clay color
• Sharp spots on texture
• Bumps or pits
• Fine crackles

We inspect each piece before it leaves our studio by rubbing our hands over it and sanding it carefully where needed.  We vet out anything that doesn't meet our expectation.  Occasionally a mug will slip past us that doesn't meet this standard.  We apologize for any inconvenience and are happy to refund or exchange your item!
